Two battles took place on July 27, from 1700 to 1830 hours, at a place between
Yebon and Moneh villages of Momeik Township, Ta’ang Region. The clashes were
between troops from Battalion 367, under TNLA Brigade-2, and Manton based Bama Army
(Tatmadaw) battalion IB 130.

Three were killed and 7 were wounded on the Bama Army side. There was no
casualty on the TNLA side. The clashes have been taking place, because the Bama Army
troops have been deliberately seeking battle with the TNLA troops engaged in eradication
of the narcotic drugs production and trafficking in their areas.
